Conprove Club Ultra Marathon for Cardiff Dogs Home

This September, I’ll be taking on a 24-hour ultra marathon challenge with Conprove Club to raise money for Cardiff Dogs Home — a charity that’s incredibly close to my heart.

My mum has done a lot of work supporting Cardiff Dogs Home over the years, and through that, our family has built a really close connection with the amazing work they do for dogs in need. Over the past 5 years, She's had more than 15 dogs in her home, whether through rescue, fostering, or caring for them, and it’s made me realise just how much love, care, and second chances these animals deserve.

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve seen first-hand the difference charities like Cardiff Dogs Home make every single day — giving abandoned and vulnerable dogs safety, care, and the opportunity to find a loving home.

To support this cause, I’ll be running a 5.2km loop every hour for 24 hours straight — covering a total of 126km. It’s going to be a huge physical and mental challenge, but knowing it’s for such an important cause will keep me going through every mile.

At Conprove Club, we believe in community, mindset, and movement, and this challenge is about using that platform to give back and support something bigger than ourselves.
