In July 2026, the Continued Care Team is taking on an exciting and meaningful challenge - climbing Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, to raise vital funds for Mind in Harrogate District, our chosen charity for 2026.

Mental health affects every one of us; our families, friends, colleagues, and the people we support every day. Mind in Harrogate District provides essential local services, advice, and support to those experiencing mental health challenges. By climbing Ben Nevis, we are helping ensure that no one has to face those challenges alone. As many of you know, we love coming together to raise money through special walks, runs and community events. But this challenge is about more than just reaching the summit; it’s about standing together for mental health.

Our Challenge Dates:

Friday 16th July – Travel from Home

Saturday 17th July – Climb Ben Nevis

Sunday 18th July – Travel home
