Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge · 22 May 2026

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is a national charity that supports everyone affected by pulmonary fibrosis through information and support, raises awareness of this devastating lung condition, and funds vital research to improve treatment, find a cure, and bring hope for the future.

Story

Stuart: "My Mum battled with Pulmonary Fibrosis until we sadly lost her in November 2024. This is a charity that is very close to my heart and I couldn't think of a better way to raise money and awareness than taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. With the support of work colleagues/friends at Converta, we are set to take on this incredibly testing challenge on 22nd May. Help us raise money in the memory of an incredible Mother, Grandmother, Wife and for this special charity. Help us make a difference to the lives of others and their families who suffer with the effects and journey of Pulmonary Fibrosis.".

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is a growing community of patients, families, researchers and healthcare professionals striving to find a cure for pulmonary fibrosis so that everyone affected by the disease has a better future. We provide personalised support to patient and families - and raise awareness of pulmonary fibrosis through campaigning, fundraising and education. We are also committed to funding research to improve the quality of life for people living with pulmonary fibrosis today and tomorrow.
