This year, my family is raising awareness and money to help people catch breast cancer early. It's highly treatable when it's caught at the start - you just need to check often and know what to look for from a young age. That's why Coppafeel! exists, as the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity.

I was 33 when I found my lump while taking off my sports bra in July 2023. Because of brave girls who have shared their stories, and Coppafeel! stickers in the gym showers, I knew to go straight to the GP. I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, then had a lumpectomy, IVF, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and now hormone therapy.

Intense medical regime aside, my family and I all took a lot from this year. Instead of being sad, we decided to embrace the joyful things AND the hard things and do more of them. So in that spirit, we present this fundraiser and ask you to join us in raising some money and copping a feel, too.
