In April 2026, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a second time! Last year, I had the privilege of running for N&N Hospitals Charity, and this year, I am once again dedicating my efforts to our Trust. However, this time, my focus is on three specific funds that hold a special place in my heart: Dementia Comfort, Butterfly Volunteers, and Heart Care.

The reason behind my commitment to Dementia Comfort and the Butterfly Volunteers is very personal. My mother-in-law lived with Dementia and received excellent care at NNUH. The Butterfly Volunteers provided her with wonderful kindness and support during her final days at the hospital, and it was so comforting to know that they were there for her.

Additionally, having worked in Cardiology and knowing my dad, Barry, has received excellent care from our Cardiology team, I am supporting Heart Care as well.

I am aiming to raise at least £400 to be shared equally among these three funds. Thank you so much in advance for your support.
