Story

Hi, I am Coralyn! I am raising funds for Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) hand in hand with my personal goal to squat 100kg! Weightlifting has been a big part in my journey of self-discovery and mind-body transformation. This type of exercise has led me to learn various values like resilience, willpower and a strong mindset. These values have transcended into different aspects of my life including work and home life. I am hoping that through this fundraising event, I will be able to raise awareness on the positive effects of weightlifting towards our physical and mental health and also share this wonderful experience to my patients in RHN!
