I’ve been in the water many times, but never quite like this! I’m of course taking on this cold water challenge to raise funds to support amputees in Scotland and keep our charity's vital services running for those who need it.

I'm still in recovery from an urgent kidney transplant, so this refreshing stunt is well out of my comfort zone but will do me the world of good I hope.
