On 16th May 2026, I’ll be pushing myself far beyond any comfort zone I have ever had by taking on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge. 100k in support of an incredible charity, Mind.

I have never ran or completed anything like this before! Some may say I can’t even go a week without McDonalds! 🙈This challenge represents a significant personal journey for me, going from absolutely nothing to 100km, but it’s one I’m proud to take on for such an important cause.

Mind’s work in mental health awareness and support is vital. Mental health struggles can affect anyone, and having access to understanding, guidance, and support can truly change lives.
