A small team from Mossvale Community Church are running the 2025 Supernova Kelpies to raise funds for Rescue Aid Mission. This charity is dedicated to addressing the social, physical, educational, and spiritual needs of children, families, and communities across various regions in Ghana, including the Greater Accra, Central, Ashanti, and Eastern Regions.

We have all visited the projects they facilitate many times, and have seen firsthand the great services they provide in remote villages. Through our 5k night time run, we aim to 'light up' support for the organisation's mission of providing comprehensive aid and fostering community development in these areas. We know your giving will contribute to the betterment of countless lives, promoting education and holistic well-being in underprivileged communities.

A supernova is described as "one of the most energetic events in the universe", and although 5k may not seem far, all of our are fairly new to running, and will be giving all they have to reach finish line. Training has begun!
