Help us care for ‘The Wildlife Kittens’, Rabbit, Badger, Squirrel and Fox, and support neutering in Cornwall

Last week, a kind woman contacted Cornwall Cat Centre after a stray cat walked into her home bringing with her a tiny kitten. Over the next few days, the mum returned twice more, each time leaving behind another kitten. Tragically, just as she brought her third kitten to safety, the devoted mother was killed by a car.

We took in the three orphaned kittens, now about six weeks old. Amazingly, two nights later, a fourth kitten showed up at the woman’s door, crying for their family. They were quickly reunited with their siblings and they are all now safe, healthy, and being cared for until they're ready for adoption.

This touching story highlights the heartbreaking reality of stray, unneutered cats and how vital our neutering programme is. Every year, Cornwall Cat Centre contributes to the cost of neutering cats to prevent suffering and save lives.
