not many people are aware but my dad is a cancer survivor, 9 years this year 🙌 so I would like to raise sponsorship money and awareness so more dads, brothers , partners and friends are like my dad and survive 🥰

Also now I have lost 3 and 1/2 stone I feel confident doing my skydive 🙌 thank you slimming world 👌 and my diabetes has never been so good 💕
