BBC Children in Need believes every child deserves the chance to thrive. Across the UK, they fund vital projects in local communities that support children facing poverty, mental health struggles, grief and other challenges. Too many children are facing impossible challenges alone.

We are supporting Children in Need today and offering you the chance to win a FREE dental examination!

All you have to do is select a square for just £5 - all of which will be donated to the amazing charity that is Children in Need; a charity that provides invaluable help and support to those children who need it the most. The work that they do cannot be underestimated. Every single penny counts as they are currently only able to help one in six of the charities who need their help.

In line with the Challenge 25 theme, there are 25 squares. The first round will be the random selection of the numbered square. In the event of more than one person selecting the same square, round two will see all those who have selected that square going into another random selection for the winner.

We’ve all watched the awe-inspiring, horse-loving Sara Cox push herself to the absolute limits this week for Children in Need. All we are asking you to do, is select a square from the comfort of your sofa - it couldn’t be much easier.
