I am proud to be fundraising for Country Days, a remarkable educational charity based in Bedfordshire dedicated to enriching the lives of young people aged 7 to 11. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to connect children with the natural world, fostering their wellbeing and education through outdoor exploration. We believe every child deserves the chance to experience nature's wonders and develop a deep appreciation for our planet.

Country Days runs two inspiring courses each year, one during Easter and another in Summer, welcoming children from various local schools across Bedfordshire. These courses are more than just outdoor activities; they are transformative experiences where young participants build lasting friendships, celebrate their individuality, and learn valuable lessons about teamwork and environmental stewardship in a fun and engaging way.

On 5 September 2026, I will be taking part in the ATW Bedford Running Festival 5K to raise funds for Country Days. The money raised will directly support the continuation of these vital courses and help maintain the beautiful field where our adventures take place.
