This cause is deeply personal to me because my younger brother was diagnosed with CF as a baby. Thankfully, he has a mild form and thanks to groundbreaking research, a tablet developed a few years ago allows him to enjoy a relatively normal life. However, many others face much tougher battles with this lifelong condition.

On 11 October 2026, I will be running in the Bath & Bristol Railway Run Half Marathon alongside my fiancé who will be running the full marathon. We are raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust—an incredible charity that works tirelessly to support those living with CF and fund vital research aimed at better treatments and ultimately finding a cure.
