Story
As a lot of people know my son Jaxon was born with a heart defect and needed 2 open heart surgeries. One at 6 weeks old and one at 9 months old and awaiting more surgery in the future.
The heart beats trust supported our family financially and emotionally since I was 20 weeks pregnant. If it wasn’t for this charity we would not of been able to support Jaxon fully threw his surgery and recovery.
Children’s Heartbeat Trust is a local charity in Northern Ireland providing practical, emotional and financial support to children and young people living with congenital heart disease (CHD). We work closely with paediatric cardiology team at Clark Clinic in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children to ensure that children and their families receive the best care, treatment and support possible.
We do not receive any government funding and are reliant on voluntary donations to fund our services. Every donation is greatly appreciated.
