Headway Sussex offers reablement and support for people with an acquired brain injury and their family carers. Our Living Well Programme assists personal wellbeing including support to achieve independence, tailored reablement and therapy, support groups, social opportunities, information and advice

Story

This August, we’re embarking on an epic journey—walking 2000km, the equivalent of trekking from Land's End to John O'Groats. But our adventure doesn't stop there. On September 7th and 8th, we'll push our limits with the gruelling 100km continuous South Coast Ultra Challenge.

Headway's mission is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers. They treat people with respect and empathy; they provide choice and opportunity. They empower people to achieve optimum independence, interaction and social inclusion.

Sussex Headway is a lifeline for those grappling with acquired brain injuries, offering reablement and support services to them and their families.

Your support will make a world of difference. Every step counts.
