Refuge supports women and children experiencing domestic and sexual abuse, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution and "honour" based violence. In the UK, a quarter of women will experience domestic violence at some point in her life, and two women are killed each week by a current or former partner.
