Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are raising money for our charity partner Blood Bikes Scotland. This particular charity is close to several members of our internal team and their friends and families.

The four Blood Bike groups operating across Scotland were established to provide a free-of-charge, professional, rapid-response medical transport service for NHS Scotland. Their purpose is defined in NABB's constitution as "the advancement of health and the saving of lives."

They deliver blood, blood products, specimens, medications including controlled drugs, documents, and smaller pieces of medical equipment between NHS sites, patients' homes, and care facilities across Scotland - 365 days a year, in all weathers.

As a 100% volunteer-based charity, all funds raised go directly to purchasing and running their fleets of high-visibility motorcycles and cars. They have saved the NHS several million pounds since their formation.
