Team Margaret’s fundraising is all in memory of Margaret Andrews. A devoted wife, mum, sister, friend and grandma, first diagnosed with primary breast cancer in 2020, and sadly died of secondary breast cancer in March 2025.

Team Margaret walked our first 20 mile Pink Ribbon Walk to raise money for Breast Cancer Now in June 2024. Mum was there at every station along the way, and of course at the finish line to bring us home💖

Since then, we have walked in her memory, and aim to raise as much money as we possibly can for Breast Cancer Now, as we know just how much it helps those fighting this disease, and maybe one day there will be a cure🤞

So far, we have raised £26,501.42 for Breast Cancer Now, but if you include gift aid we’re almost at £29,510.57 since June 2024.

Mum would be incredibly proud of all of us involved in Team Margaret for the amount of money we have raised so far, and we know she will be cheering us all on from the best seat in the house!🤍🪽
