I’ve lived with psoriasis for 9 years, so this cause is very personal to me. Psoriasis isn’t just a skin condition it can affect confidence, mental health & everyday life in ways people don’t always see.

I’m running the East Yorkshire Half Marathon & Market Rasen 10km the following week to raise money for the psoriasis association, who provide vital support, information & help fund research for people living with the conditions.
