The King's Theatre is a treasured piece of Edinburgh history and a bustling home to popular stage entertainment for all theatre lovers. This beloved venue earns its place as ‘the people’s theatre’ by remaining committed to supporting Edinburgh’s long tradition of amateur operatic and musical societies. Currently, it is undergoing a transformation to bring the theatre into the 21st century and make theatre more accessible for the audience and performers. The Kings holds a special place in the hearts of many Edinburgh theatre goers and I wanted to do my part to help raise some funds to help renovate a beloved piece of our city. We cannot wait to return to the stage at the Kings and showcase the amazing talent Edinburgh has to offer.

But the best performances come from dedication and hard work which is why I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon. This is my first marathon but I aim to complete it in under 5 hours.
