Story

On 21st September, I'm participating in the Run Cheltenham Half Marathon 2025 in aid of Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity.

My Mum was treated at Cheltenham hospital after suffereing a stroke in 2023. Thanks to the medical care she recieved my Mum was able to make a really positive recovery, and I will be forever greatful to the Stroke Unit for that. Mum can't keep away, and returns to Cheltenham Hospital for Macular Degeneration treatments on a semi-regular basis too.

Any amount you are able to donate will be greatly recieved and put to great use.

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is also a designated Regional Cancer Centre and has provided specialist cancer care for people in our community for more than 60 years supporting hundreds of thousands of local people to receive the best care there is to offer. Many of the current facilities are over 25 years old and a new modern building is needed to care for future generations.

I have joined #TeamNHSGlos at Run Cheltenham half marathon 2025.
