Story
In one way or another, cancer has touched most of our lives — maybe not directly, but through someone we care about: a family member, a friend, a colleague.
When someone we love is seriously ill, all we want is to make sure they’re as comfortable and supported as possible — to help them live well, even in the hardest times.
That’s where Marie Curie makes such an incredible difference. They support people with terminal illnesses and those closest to them — whether it’s through care at home, in hospices, or even just being there at the end of the phone.
That’s why I’m running the Great North Run this year — to raise money for this amazing charity. If you can spare anything at all to sponsor me, I’d be so grateful. Every little bit helps.
