Amputation Foundation was set up to create a community to provide Peer Support via Lived Experience to people living with Limb Loss. The Founder, a resilient civilian who overcame the aftermath of a severe road traffic accident resulting in him becoming a bilateral below knee amputee, knew first hand that people going through such a life changing event need support & guidance from someone who has experienced it. AF has an incredible impact on the lives of amputees and their families both physically and emotionally via its Support Hubs across England & Wales and achieving the target of 35 Support Hubs will reach 1000's of amputees across the two countries.
