I have joined #TeamRedCross to ensure that they can help anyone, anywhere in the UK and around the world, get the support they need if crisis strikes.

The British Red Cross Society offers support in three main areas:

- Displacement and migration

- Health inequalities

- Disaster and emergencies

£100 could provide 5 hours of advice and support for a refugee

£200 could provide a set of clothes for a family following a flood

£400 could provide a tent for one family who have lost their home and shelter

£600 could provide food and refreshments for 100 vulnerable people displaced following an emergency.

Any donations will be most gratefully received, and will ensure you are in my dreams as I sleepwalk the second half of the hike.
