On the 9th May 2016 our daughter Mary died from a intracerebral brain aneurism. She was an active teenager who loved to sing, dance and act and who was preparing for her GCSE’s. She enjoyed helping others and loved volunteering with Phase at Time Trek. When she died, Phase went into her school and listened to and talked with her friends helping them to understand their grief. Her sister Rebekah also volunteered with Phase during her gap year. The Phase mission is to boost the wellbeing and resilience of young people in Hitchin, and this was an example of that work.

On the 4th of July we will be completing the Surrey 3 Peaks Challenge, a 16-mile trek through the Surrey Hills including the three summits of Box Hill, Holmbury Hill, and Leith Hill. We are doing this as a sponsored walk in aid of Phase to help them to help other children going through tough times.
