Story
In 2015, I cycled 200 miles in one go. This was the start of my extreme events and honestly changed my life. I’ve flipper walked 31 miles, ran 50 consecutive days 10 miles or more, I’ve ran 40 miles in slippers and so much more. I’m now retiring later this year to give my body a complete rest.
I’m now planning the following events to celebrate and to finish on a high:
5/7/25
53 mile trek from Everton’s new football stadium to Man United’s Stadium oh via Liverpool FC, Wigan Athletic FC, Bolton Wonderers FC, Salford FC, Man City FC and then onto Old Trafford - COMPLETED
20/9/25
11 mile Flipper walk from La Roma, Stoneclough to Eden Square, Urmston
I will be starting at 9am and will flipper in to Urmston between 3pm and 4pm
Route Stoneclough, Long Causeway - Farnworth, Walkden, Worsley, Winton, Patricroft, Trafford Centre, Davyhulme Circle and finish in Eden Square
I wanted to raise some much needed funds for a local charity who do so much for the elderly, vulnerable and the homeless around Bolton. They offer support, food/toiletries parcels and also give people hot meals.
