I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in March this year.. and what a year 2025 has been. Myeloma is a blood cancer that breaks down bone causing easy fractures. My fracture.. my c3 vertabrae. Required metal work to be put in my neck. It’s taken so long to get to this stage but I start the stem cell transplant in December and should be finished on Christmas Eve all things crossed this happens. I’m trying to raise a little bit of money for Myeloma UK by shaving off my very important to me beard. Chemotherapy is starting to get its grips on it but I wanted to seize control of it for myself.
