Race 100 miles

Prostate Scotland aims to inform, support, campaign and advance on prostate disease in Scotland. We raise awareness and provide information about prostate cancer and disease and its treatments. We also promote research and treatment developments on prostate issues across Scotland.

Story

I’m running 100miles in 2024 to raise money for Prostate Scotland. I’ll be running the London marathon, Edinburgh marathon, Great North run, Great Scottish run and will finish this challenge with another marathon in October at one of my dads favourite distilleries Glenfarclas by running the dramathon. 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. It’s the most common cancer in men, around 12,000 a year in the UK lose their battle. Sadly 5 years ago my dad Graham was one of these 12,000 and since then my brothers and I have been trying to raise £10,000 for Prostate Scotland. If you can spare any money towards the work Prostate Scotland do to raise awareness and support families suffering please donate. Thanks Craig
