So having competed in the Manchester HYROX singles I have decided to keep the fundraising going and to keep challenging myself physically.

I will be competing in the London HYROX Doubles with my colleague and friend John Halasz. We are both employees of BSI, a fantastic company who has committed again to match any funds both John and myself raise. We are both aiming to raise at least £400 each, with BSI matching bringing a total to at least £1600.
