On Sept 15th 2024 I will be completing the London to Brighton cycle ride to help raise funding and awareness of Alzheimer's and Dementia UK.

Unfortunately some have / had loved ones who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia and recently a very special person, my wonderful father-in-law has also sadly been diagnosed.

Please support in anyway you can to aid research into why this disease occurs, the search for better treatment and to support those that are caregivers to diagnosed loved ones
