Craigavon A&E have 10 teams running the Belfast marathon relay on 3rd May 2026. Each year we pick a charity to fundraise for & This year we've decided to fundraise for a charity local to our area- Helping Hands Community Outreach Project.

Helping hands was established in 2009 to meet the needs of the community in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area. They provide a holistic support service enabling everyone in the community to engage with them in a journey of restoration. Their services include; furniture, clothing, budgeting advice, emergency heating/electric, befriending, volunteering opportunities, counselling, mentoring, CV preparation & training.
