Spectrum Days promotes and protects the physical and mental health of people with profound disabilities (PMLD), in Worcestershire and the surrounding area. This is achieved by having a professional, experienced and dedicated team who provide a spectrum of services to the spectrum of disabilities associated with PMLD. The services are flexible and fun. Inclusive activities bespoke to the individual have evolved from the culmination of the management team’s many years working in the voluntary, private and business sectors.

Chosen as Crayon UK's Q2 charity, the People's Culture Committee has put forward Alex to run 1km for every £10 donated to raise money in aid of Spectrum Days.

£50 = 5k

£100 = 10k

£210 = Half Marathon

All distance will be run - though depending on how much is raised it may be split up appropriately! Runs will be uploaded to Strava.
