Thanks for visiting our page. We are raising money for the British Heart Foundation and we'd be so grateful for your support.
A 12-hour squash marathon is being held on Saturday 13th July at Crewe Vagrants Squash Club to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of Tony Higley. Earlier this year Tony had a heart attack and died whilst playing racquetball at the club. He was 67 years old. Tony was a long-term member of the club and in recent years, a regular player of racquet-ball. He is sadly missed by his friends and colleagues at the club.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
