Being a former teacher of Italian, I'll be hosting an Italian 🇮🇹 Apericena, basically an upgraded aperitif 😊 for charity to combine my passion for conviviality with raising funds for a great cause.

As most of you know I've been volunteering for Equal Aqua Uganda for now 6 months and love it more and more every day ❤️.

Next week, 22nd March it's World Water Day 💧 and many of us are running events to raise funds.

With everyone's help we can enjoy a great evening and raise much needed funds.

✅We build water tanks, bringing water to schools, yes, you read that right, many schools don't have water on site and children have to walk several kilometres to fill containers.

✅We train communities on soap 🫧 making

✅We buy water filters from local suppliers

✅We run menstrual hygiene workshops to educate on periods as many girls stop going to school once they reach puberty.

✅We install latrines

The work out volunteers carry out is a constant source of ispiration and I hope you'll join me and give generously for a great cause, no tickets wil be issued but you'll be able to donate on just giving.

No alcohol will be served to avoid people worrying about drinking and driving so my event is inclusive of all people and tastes 😃.
