Story
Located at St James’s University Hospital, Maggie’s Yorkshire provides free, expert emotional and practical support for anyone affected by cancer. Their knowledgeable team offers one-to-one counselling, benefits advice, and support groups, all delivered in a welcoming, non-clinical environment designed to help people cope with the stress and life changes that follow a cancer diagnosis.
When cancer impacted a member of our own team, we wanted to show our support in a meaningful way by raising funds for Maggie’s Yorkshire.
This summer, we’ll be taking on the 195-mile ‘Tour de Crossroads’ cycle challenge, riding over three days, starting on 13th July 2026:
Day 1: Crossroads Boroughbridge → Crossroads Hull
Day 2: Crossroads Hull → Crossroads Scunthorpe → Crossroads Rotherham
Day 3: Crossroads Rotherham → Crossroads Birstall
The challenge will see the team face demanding distances, tough terrain, and long days in the saddle—all in support of the incredible work Maggie’s does for people living with cancer.
If you are in a position to do so and you can throw a couple of quid our way, it would be much appreciated.
