Story

Our High Holy Day appeal

Crouch End Chavurah is a small, vibrant Jewish community, affiliated to the Liberal movement.

This High Holy Days we're asking for donations to help support our community. Fundraising means we can do more to make sure no-one is unable to join or send their kids to chaverim due to the cost. It also helps us cover the costs of our events and activities throughout the year - this year being an important one for the Chavurah: it's our bnei mitzvah year as we're 13 years old. We'll be putting on several events to mark the occasion.

About us

We cherish Jewish heritage, but interpret Judaism in a modern, progressive way. Our community is fully inclusive, welcoming individuals, families where only one partner is Jewish, same sex couples and patrilineal Jews.

As well as services and activities, we place strong emphasis on education, culture, wellbeing and social action. There is something for everyone, with participation actively encouraged - whether you want to attend services, learn, or just enjoy the company and food.
