It's time to give back <3

Hi, stars! My name is Astra, and I am a performing artist based in England, currently developing my autobiographical project exploring scenes from life through avant-garde, cabaret, physical theatre+ beyond.

The newest act, Cry Party is based on my own experience of childhood s-a, and part of the process of creating this work has also meant working through what comes with these struggles: just speaking about it.

And that is when I discovered NAPAC.

After spending months reading through their resources, I eventually found the courage to make my first phone call. Being able to speak freely, being listened to without judgement, and finding out about further support available to me was incredibly meaningful and gave me even power towards ownership of my own story!

If any of this feels familiar to you, or loved ones around you, or you know someone who might benefit from additional support, please know: you don't have to have all the answers, and you don't have to do everything at once, just know this incredible organisation exists, and that support is available when you are ready!
