Cubefunder is proud to be supporting Izzy’s Impact by organising a charity football match to raise funds and awareness for an incredibly important cause.

Izzy’s Impact focuses on raising awareness of melanoma, promoting prevention, and educating people about the seriousness of skin cancer, particularly among young people.

We are aiming to raise £5,000 through donations to support the charity and the vital work they do.

The charity football match will take place on Saturday 9 May 2026, but we are encouraging donations both ahead of the event and on the day itself.

About Izzy’s Impact

Izzy’s Impact is a melanoma awareness and prevention charity created in memory of Izzy Eagland, who tragically lost her life to melanoma at just 26 years old.

The charity supports young people and families affected by skin cancer, while also working to prevent future cases through education and early detection. Funds raised help to drive research, support pop up screening centres, provide medical equipment, and offer vital care to those impacted by melanoma.

Izzy’s story

In 2023, Izzy Eagland lost her life to melanoma.

Since then, her family and loved ones have worked tirelessly to create something truly meaningful in her memory. A charity dedicated to raising awareness and supporting everyone affected by this disease.

In 2025, Izzy’s Impact officially launched with a clear mission to support not only those battling melanoma, but also their families and loved ones.

Through fundraising, education, and community initiatives, Izzy’s Impact aims to:

• Raise awareness of melanoma and how it can be prevented

• Support research and access to treatment

• Operate pop up screening centres

• Provide respite, care, and support for families

Since launching in August, the charity has already achieved so much. They have raised over £25,000, launched their JustGiving page and Instagram, and received incredible support from local radio and press.

Their biggest fundraiser so far saw three of Izzy’s university friends complete an extraordinary cycling challenge from La Plagne in France to Bournemouth, raising an amazing £17,000.

As Izzy’s Impact continues to grow, launch their website, and expand their community, we are honoured to play a small part in their journey.
