Story
I’m taking to the ice again for another fantastic cause! 🏒
This June, I’ll be lacing up my skates for the inaugural UK Cymru All Stars tournament — an event created by passionate fans of the sport, bringing people together to celebrate hockey while raising money for incredible causes.
This year I’m proud to be pulling on the jersey for Team Barbarians Cymru, and I’ll be fundraising in support of Ty Nat Cat Sanctuary, a place that has become incredibly close to my heart.
I began volunteering at the sanctuary six months ago, and in that short time I’ve witnessed first-hand the compassion, dedication, and sheer hard work that goes into giving every cat the care they deserve. Each one arrives through no fault of their own, and the team works tirelessly — 7 days a week, 365 days a year — to ensure they’re safe, healthy, and given the very best chance of finding a loving forever home.
Like all charities, the sanctuary faces constant financial pressure. Donations help cover essential veterinary care — from routine check-ups, vaccinations, and flea and worm treatments to more complex procedures and surgeries for cats who need extra help. On top of that are the everyday running costs: quality food, warm and secure shelter, enrichment, and everything else that keeps the sanctuary a safe haven while the cats wait for their new families.
If you’re able to support my fundraising, I’d be hugely grateful. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference — helping provide care, comfort, and a brighter future for cats who deserve a second chance.

Thank you so much for your support 💙🐾
