40 colleagues at CWP Energy Ltd are taking on the hills of Long Mynd, to raise funds and awareness for the Stroke Association to help with pioneering research which will save lives and help stroke survivors make the best possible recovery.

A stroke is a serious medical condition that happens when the blood supply to part of the brain is interrupted or reduced, preventing brain tissue from getting the oxygen and nutrients in needs. Without oxygen brain cells begin to die within minutes

The route chosen takes us over the top of Long Mynd twice, 750m / 2500ft ascent, across varied terrain and covering 20.2kms (12.5 miles).
