Members of Town Square Spaces and Cwrt Cowork are descending 131ft down St David's Hotel to help support vulnerable and isolated older people in need living within our communities.

As a team, we're raising money for Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale, who for decades, has been here to help and support local older people and their families through some of the most difficult times in their life.

Age Connects are committed to tackling loneliness, isolation and poverty amongst older people and strive to create a society where older people are respected, valued and heard.
