Story
In May 2026, we will be taking on an endurance challenge called Cycle Away the Stigma.
Over seven days, we will cycle 1,037 miles from John O’Groats to Land’s End, while also trekking the UK’s Three Peaks — Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon — covering over 15,000 metres of elevation.
This challenge isn’t about chasing extremes for the sake of it.
It’s about starting honest conversations around men’s mental health and challenging the stigma that still stops too many men from asking for help.
Stu has lived the reality of poor mental health. I know how damaging silence, pressure, and the “just crack on” mentality can be. This challenge represents a different message — one built on preparation, support, and doing hard things responsibly.
Every mile is about raising awareness, encouraging conversation, and supporting organisations that help men before they reach crisis point.
If this challenge makes even one person feel less alone — it will be worth it.
Thank you for your support.
