Story

On the 17th July, I'm cycling from Aberdeen to Glasgow (via South Queensferry) with my dad and cousin to raise money for Reverse Rett.

Not long after birth, our son Cameron was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. Boys with Rett are extremely rare, and as such, very little is known about what the future holds for Cameron.

So far, Cameron is defying the odds. Unlike many with Rett, he was diagnosed very early, which has allowed us to give him the best possible outcomes.

Reverse Rett works with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners to accelerate access to emerging treatments for Rett syndrome in the UK. With their help, clinical trials of gene therapy are now underway around the world.

Your donation will help fund this research and provide support to families impacted by Rett Syndrome.
