It has been just over a year since our son, Nicholas took his own life. During that year his family, friends and work colleagues took part in several events to raise money for MIND, between us we raised over £10,000. This year we are taking part in an event to raise money for Andysman Club.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK.

On the 4th June myself (Shaun, Nicholas’s Dad), Nicholas’s Uncle, Dave Wills and family friend Alf (Iain Cockrill), will be setting off to cycle the length of the U.K. from Lands End to John O Groats. This journey will take us 14 days, cycling an average of around 75 miles a day. We are doing this to help raise awareness of men’s mental health, help prevent male suicide and just say that it is ok to talk.We appreciate any donations given and thank you for your support.
