Leeds Liverpool Canal (127+ miles) Cycling Challenge in one go! · 14 June 2025

We are a thriving, diverse, family church that is actively supporting and serving its community. We are moving into a new building because our current one is in poor condition and uneconomical to run, and to ensure our work can make a difference for decades to come. Story

The church I work for (Sunbridge Road Mission) is currently in the middle of a £3m building project to construct a new church building and community space in the center of Bradford.

People have been giving to this project for many years and we're not down to the final push with just £375k left to raise. Construction is underway with blockwork being completed at the moment which means we've got a few more months to raise these funds.

A couple of years ago I cycled the Leeds-Liverpool canal over 4 days with my son John who had just turned 9. This time I'm planning to do it in one go with a group of other people from Sunbridge Road Mission. On Saturday, June 14th, 2025, we will cycle over 127 miles along the beautiful canal route in one go! This event is not just about cycling; it’s about coming together as a community to support a cause that will benefit so many.

If you're able to support us by giving a donation I'd be really grateful. If you're feeling generous £127 would be £1 per mile!
