On 26 May 2024 I will be taking part in the Ford ride London - 100 miles in 7 hours - no mean feat.

I am raising funds for the What Would Mia Do Trust in memory of my daughter Mia.

Mia was excellent at sport and excelled in everything she did.

This is a real challenge and I can’t wait.

The ride starts in central London and goes to the Essex coast and back.
