Moya Cole Hospice (St Ann's) will always have a special place in my heart, because of the 5 star care that my dad received, as well as the support given to my family then and now.

This year marks my dad's 10 year anniversary and so I'm taking on a new challenge, I'm cycling Tour de Manc in his memory.

The 100km ride (62 miles) will be on Sunday 3rd May, which I will be doing with my sister, and training is well underway!

I only started cycling 6 weeks ago, so this will be a big test for me, especially as the furthest I've ever cycled is 40 miles!
