This is my 1st Challange I have giving my self since since starting My diet last year and was welcomed by Borders water Rescue Team to take part in this Openwater swim From ChainBridge down into berwick and finish at LifeBoat Station I Started Swimming At Berwick Sport Centre last year with a great group of local people who have all keep each other motivated and classed them as friends what makes you stick at it. But a Big thank you to Helen who gave me the confidence to take part in this event and also Tweed Tri Club.
