DAFS (Drug & Alcohol Family Support) are a unique group of volunteers with their own lived experience, who support local families with the trauma of coping with a loved one struggling with addiction. We do this through face to face meetings as well as online, providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space so they can connect with others without stigma and shame.

Our service is free but we receive no funding so have to rely on donations & grants.

We hope that this event kindly organised by the Rotary Club of Milton Keynes will also help us bring awareness of this much needed service, as the disease of addiction can happen to ANYONE! It devastates entire families, be it parents, siblings, grandparents, children etc. who all suffer the trauma, sadness and helplessness of seeing someone they love struggle to fight their demons and find recovery.
